VIN reports
A report is a digital service. Generation starts automatically after final payment confirmation and normally takes up to 1 minute. The result is saved in the customer account and can be opened from the payment-confirmation page.
Packages and account balance
Package credits and topped-up funds are recorded in the account after maib confirms the payment. A repeated callback does not duplicate credits or funds.
Technical delays
External sources may respond late or be temporarily unavailable. AutoStat keeps the order and processing status in the customer account. If the report generated no information, the customer can use the procedure in the Refund Policy.

To check a delivery, email info@autostat.md and include the order number, PayID or VIN.
