When a refund can be requested

Payment for an AutoStat report may be refunded when the paid report generated no information. Receiving less data than the customer expected does not by itself mean that the service was not delivered.

How to submit a request

Email info@autostat.md from the address linked to the account. Include the reason, order number or PayID, and VIN. A request that does not contain enough information to identify the payment cannot be processed until the missing details are supplied.

Request review

SRL RGWB GROUP checks the payment state and the technical generation result. If the report is confirmed to contain no information, the customer is informed that the refund has been approved and is being processed. The refund is issued through the method available for the original payment.

Packages and account balance

Packages, credits and account balance are digital services intended for ordering reports. The policy above applies to a paid report that generated no information. Any request must be submitted in writing so the transaction can be checked.

Statutory rights

This policy does not exclude mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
