We use official databases: NHTSA (USA), ClearVIN, Vincario (Europe). These sources accumulate data from insurance companies, auctions, DMVs, and technical inspections.
Preliminary data (make, model, specs) appear instantly. The full report is generated in 30–60 seconds after payment.
Yes! For European cars, we check Vincario databases, which contain data from technical inspections in Germany, Romania, Poland, and other EU countries. For cars from the USA — ClearVIN and NHTSA.
If there is no data in the databases — this is also information. It means the car has never been in an accident, sold at auction, or listed as stolen in the available databases.
If data for the VIN is not available from any source, we will refund the payment. If data is provided, no refund is made, as the information has already been delivered.
Payment is processed through a certified Paynet gateway. We do not store card data — everything is handled directly by the bank.
Yes. We do not store bank card data — all payments are processed through secure payment systems. Your search history is only visible in your personal account.
Write to us at info@autostat.md with the VIN and a description of the problem. We will check the data and refund if necessary.
