Where does the data come from?
AutoStat combines official registries, VIN decoders and connected international providers. The exact source mix depends on the report type and the vehicle region.
What can I see before payment?
Before payment the customer sees a preview with basic vehicle identification, report type, key signals and the price of the selected check.
When is the full report charged?
The payment happens only after the customer selects the required report and confirms the order. The preview itself does not charge anything.
Where can I find the purchased report later?
After payment the report stays in the customer dashboard and is also available by direct link, so it can be opened again later without repurchase.
Can I order only Moldova, Europe or USA data?
Yes. The site already supports separate report products. The administrator can enable each product independently and assign its own price and availability.
How long does report generation take?
The preview search usually takes a few seconds. After payment the report either opens immediately or enters the generation queue with a clear progress status.
What happens if the VIN is entered incorrectly?
The form validates VIN and plate format before calling providers. If the value is invalid, the customer immediately sees a clear validation message.
Can I pay from my account balance?
Yes. If the user is logged in and has enough balance, checkout shows the balance-payment option without unnecessary page reloads.
